Executive Coach & Learning Strategy

My mission is to help leaders achieve higher performance levels by combining insight with action. As an executive coach for 20+ years, I have helped clients build on their strengths and safely uncover blind spots by combining the science of assessment with the art of listening, providing direct feedback and creating possibilities.

As the Chief Learning Officer for a large healthcare system and as the Global Vice-President of Talent and Organization Development at an international food company, I have built and empowered teams to achieve explosive results.

I thrive on giving back and enabling others. I serve on the Advisory Board of the Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert’s College and on the Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania executive doctoral program in Workplace Learning. I have also been on the board of directors for Association for Talent Development serving over 100 US chapters and 120 countries and currently serves on their board selection committee. I am an active member of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, and International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I have an Ed.D. from the Wharton Executive Education & Graduate School of Education- Chief Learning Officer program at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. Ed, CLO –Workplace Learning Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and a B.S. in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
