Lisa Doyle

Executive Consultant,
Leadership & Learning Strategy

First and foremost, I am a servant leader. I am a passionate and experienced learning executive with an award-winning record of driving innovative results and architecting enterprise strategies that optimize talent. I am proud to have been named Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2011 by CLO Magazine, Inc. While at the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy, one of my greatest accomplishments was launching the “Warrior to Workforce” program to repatriate disabled veterans into the workforce.

Throughout my career I have led learning organizations for federal government agencies such as the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy, the Department of Commerce, and Acquisition Solutions, Inc. as well as a Fortune top 50 retail organization – Lowe’s Companies., and a global management and technology consulting firm – Booz Allen Hamilton. Today I help develop the next generation of learning leaders as an executive coach.

My contribution to the field includes serving as an Editorial Advisory Board member for Chief Learning Officer magazine, a faculty member for Human Capital Media’s Chief Learning Officer Accelerator Class, a Council for Excellence in Government Fellow, and a Federal Executive Institute Alumna.

I have a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Hood College, Frederick, MD.

I would be thrilled to serve as a partner on your journey to high impact learning!
